Delivery and Shipping

Orders are sent on Mondays and Thursdays via Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

You have the option to select Special Delivery Guaranteed by 4.00pm on Tuesday or Friday at an additional cost at checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will in fact arrive on Tuesday or Friday as we cannot predict Royal Mail's schedule. 

Our puff puff keeps for up to five days, but you will have to reheat before tucking in. Read our FAQs for more information and get in touch with us if you haven’t received your puff puff three days after dispatch.

Please make sure that you or someone else is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made when no one is in.

If you are ordering a gift for someone, please inform them to ensure they are expecting the delivery. 

All boxes are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone else is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made when no one is in.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by our courier the moment your order has been dispatched. We will, however, check in with you to ensure you are updated on the status of your delivery.
